Tim Fleming and Art Los Angeles Contemporary and Fair Grounds Associates center-stage in a massive Unemployment Insurance scam.

 Tim Fleming, a carpet-bagger con man has aided in orchestrating with intent to defraud Unemployment Insurance, has hired employees and supposed 'directors' paying them 'under the table' so that these employees could file false and phony applications with Unemployment and obtain lucrative benefits illegally.

The benefit to Fleming, Are Los Angeles Cotemporary, and Fair Grounds Assoc. is that his employees will work for Fleming for much less while being financed illegally by Unemployment Insurance. Fleming and on information and belief his lawyer David R. Fisher Esq., and Fisher and Wolfe LLP, are and have aided Fleming's employees in the filing of phony claims and applications with Unemployment Insurance with intent to commit fraud and intent to and did obtain illegal Unemployment Insurance benefits. 

 These illegal acts violate numerous Penal Codes including but not limited to Penal Codes 118PC, 182PC, 487PC-------Fleming and his employees active in the Unemployment Insurance scheme are now subject to criminal felony charges, fines, disgorgement and jail time--------stay tuned
