DAVID R FISHER ESQ AND HIS LAW OFFICE FISHER AND WOLFE LLP, AIDS A CLIENT IN A UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE THEFT AND SCAM

David R. Fisher Esq is a lawyer devoid of integrity and a liar. Among all of Fisher's documented and yet undenied illegal acts are complicit acts of insurance fraud. Fisher knowingly and willingly has aided and abetted a drug abusing woman client in engaging in a systematic scheme of defrauding Unemployment Insurance. The yet unnamed woman , with Fisher's knowledge and concurring assistance, permitted and aided this client in filing repeated and serial fraudulent and false Unemployment Insurance forms and applications seeking and obtaining thousands of dollars over a two year period illegally.

In fact this woman was during the relevant periods of time working for Fair Grounds Associates/Tim Fleming/Art Los Angeles Contemporary as a Director; and for Kim Light and or Kim Light Galleries. These employers seemingly acting in concert with the Fisher client were, it appears, paying the woman in part 'under the table' knowing or should have known, she was filing bogus applications for more money from unemployment insurance illegally. Further the woman filed false financial disclosures to the Unemployment Insurance Agency. Fleming and Light continued their apparent complicit fraudulent acts by turning a 'blind eye as to the defrauding of Unemployment Insurance Agency.David Fisher Esq in fact, we learned from the cilent/victim aided in the scheme and assisted in the orchestration of the Unemployment Insurance Agency scam so that the client could pay Fisher supposed fees and pay Fisher for other illicit activities.

 Conversion of Unemployment Insurance funds and filing false Claims and Claim Forms is a crime which we are told involve the subject filer, their employers if complicit in the scam and all others in concert. Stay tuned ---------------
