David R. Fisher Esq. is a slickster cheat and liar. He has used and misused drug abusing clients to file false documents, ignore creditors and with malice interfere into family relations. Fisher is himself a pervert as we have had witnesses report to us Mr. Fisher's outlandish acts and drug abuses in his home.  Fisher like all sex perverts gain control of his victims by misuse of sex and drugs. Fisher's acts of sex/drug manipulation is no different than the current sex probes on college campuses.
