DAVID R FISHER ESQ SECRETES BINDING AGREEMENTS IN A SCHEME TO DEPRIVE CREDITORS MONEYS BY FISHER AND HIS LAW OFFICE FISHER AND WOLFE LLP CONVERSION AND THEFTS

David R Fisher and Fisher and Wolfe LLP. acting in concert have defrauded creditors of a Fisher client who Fisher knows is a substance abuser and ill. Fisher in a scheme of manipulation, fraud and conversion has secreted binding Agreements involving Fisher's drug abusing victim client in a plot to deprive creditors and informants their agreed-to moneys due. Rather Fisher has conspired with his partiner Wolfe and his lover Matthiew O'Sullivan and the drug abusing victim to rob the creditors of their Contract-rights.

 What makes these acts more egregious and possibly crimes are the facts that the creditors are the step-Mother of the Fisher client-victim who may well be incompetent due to drug abuses. Fisher has boasted that he plans to use these moneys for the renovation of his kitchen in his house on Coldwater Canyon. Fisher has engaged in defrauding not only creditors but insurance companies and his client-victim's Father. Fisher is using the substance abusing client for his unjust causes and is orchestrating the theft of a fortune in recovered funds by using the Father of his drug-induced client as a scapegoat.

 Fisher knowing of the binding Agreement has ignored it engaged in fraud and fabrications in a scheme to rob creditors and cover-up his clients illness and drug addictions to serve Fishers pocket-book and thefts and collusions. Fisher's acts have deprived the victim family from their money and from seeking and obtaining professional interventional help for the drug abusing victim from legitimate medical sources.
