JON PAUL ROBBINS ESQ AND COZEN O'CONNOR ESQS CONSPIRE TOGETHER TO RAILROAD VICTIMS OF ROBBINS LOOTING AND CONVERSION OF A MINORS TRUST FUNDS IN A TRUST WHERE ROBBINS WAS THE SOLE TRUSTEE.

Jon Paul Robbins has been caught 'red-handed' looting a Trust, failing to file Trust tax returns, failing to make investments and failing to provide annual accountings.

 Now after 23 years Robbins, after wasting ALL of the Trust funds and without tax returns and Annual Reports, conspires to concoct a phony defense. Robbins simply claims that he 'gave the Trusts money to the beneficiary's father. A convenient rouse and con. This act would be violative of a Federal Court Injunction but never happened in any event. Robbins wanted a 'scape-goat' a 'fall-guy' so he along with Cozen comes up with a railroading.

 What idiot would turn over a minors Trust funds over to anyone in violation of a Federal Injunction and in violation of Federal and State mandates?-----------

 Even if true although absurd Mr Robbins failed to file annual Federal and State tax returns and failed to issue Annual Reports for the Trust to the Beneficiary's Father and Court Appointed Sole Custodial Parent. These Records would establish 'WHERE IS THE MONEY?'---

 Cozen O'Connor and Robbins simply concocted a scam WITHOUT revealing any inquiry to the Father.

 Now this victim Father has uncovered the scam--------But Cozen is a big fancy law firm---or is it?


Any law office that would proffer bogus claims without communicating with the supposed improper 'beneficiary' of Trust money is highly suspect and shocking---

 Cozen simply 'bought-into Robbins lies so that thief Robbins would look like a idiot but not a thief and crook----

 Well Robbins is a thief and crook and COZEN O'CONNOR look as if they have violated the law and Disciplinary Rules by not conducting the most rudimentary inquiry by simply seeking the father out.

 Rather Cozen have tried to 'whitewash' crook Robbins and stonewall the return of all the Trust money plus interest, costs and damages due to their client JON PAUL ROBBINS ESQ's thefts---

 It is interesting to point out that Robbins breached his fiduciary duties by not keeping complete Annual Reports and not filing tax returns and not complying with a Federal Injunction restricting Robbins acts as Trustee---

 Cozen is up to their nose in this Robbins scam and is stonewalling the father who has uncovered Cozen's attempted scam of sandbagging the beneficiary's dad who also is the Attorney in Fact for the Beneficiary.---------

 COZEN O'CONNOR are engaging in collusion and covering up their client Robbins criminal acts while trying to set-up a innocent Father. Cozen's acts are a Tort and actionable.
