JON PAUL ROBBINS ESQ AS TRUSTEE TO A MINORS TRUST ISSUES BUM CHECKS AGAINST THE TRUST CHECKING ACCOUNT FO A $500 THOUSAND LIFE INSURANCE POLICY INSURING THE LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARYS FATHER

In 1989 Robbins was appointed sole Trustee of a minor's Trust created by the minors dad. Robbins was Enjoined by the Federal Court and was restricted in making any disbursements to third parties out of the Trust without first obtaining permission from the Federal Court.

The Trust was funded in 1989 with substantial cash  and a $500,000.00 life policy insuring the life of the father of the minor Beneficiary. The father had numerous health issues.

On or about August 30,1995 Robbins as Trustee was given notice by the Insurer Mutual of Omaha that premium check issued by Robbins as Trustee from Citi-Bank was rejected for 'insufficient funds'.

From 1989 when the Trust was Funded until 1995 Robbins failed to file Trust tax returns, failed to issue mandated Annual Accountings, and clearly was 'up-to-no-good looting and wasting the Trust.

What kind of lawyer as Trustee issues 'Bum-Checks to any one?

Undaunted Robbins took from the dad's company under false pretenses more than another $75,000.00  and other emoluments in 1997, 1998, and thereafter and further converted and looted that money now falsly claiming that those monies were fees. Liar Robbins forgot a Tax Form 1099 was mandated from the fathers company if such payment was 'fees'. Robbins trapped himself in fraud and deception. Robbins also forgot that he claimed that the father never gave him or McLaughlin Stern LLP any fees ever. Robbins failed to keep current Records and Accounting Reports annually for the Trust.

Any Trustee who issues bum checks from a Trust is a thief and a fraudster. Robbins violated a Federal Injunction, Tax Laws, Federal and State Penal Laws and Fiduciary Laws------Robbins systematically wasted and looted the Trust and in concert with McLaughlin Stern and Cozen O'Connor are misusing the Law to defraud the claimants-----

They say --'there is a time to dance and a time to pay the fiddler'----stay tuned
