jsc paul wooten ignors jim couri's pleas for access to the ny courts----seeking full compliance with the jsc beeler injunction of 12-12-05. the injunction mandates that-------'all parties to the jim couri-john siebert & pc litigation---including joseph m burke must before making any motion, or bringing any case or action---must first seek court permission by telephonic confernce call with all parties on the line.charade

since 12-12-05 dozens of motions were made by siebert/burke without seeking or obtaining such permission. burke systematically with-held the beeler injunction order from jsc sherry heitler, jsc michael stallman, & referees jack suter & leslie lowenstein. not only is burke/siebert's conduct a contempt of the court's injunction but the intentional secretion of the injunction from the court mandates that any motion made &/or decided on or after 12-12-05 where pre-motion permission was not granted mandates that all such flawed decisions be reversed & set aside as in violation of a prior court injunction. all undecided motions made by the parties that such pre-motion permission was not sought or granted must likewise be dismissed/denied.

jsc wooten learning of the injunction of 12-12-05 has issued at least 6 'cookie-cutter' decisions dismissing jim's motions ----as jim forgot about the injunction & did not seek the required 'permission'. but wooten has schemed to permit motions/ decisions--- made by burke/siebert to, up to now, to remain without likewise dismissing, setting aside & denying all such motions/decisions made/obtained by burke/siebert in violation of the injunction. it is clear that siebert/burke's non compliance is/was & has been continual & wilfull & thus also a contempt of a court order. please see on scamraiders----the wooten cookie-cutter order dismissing jim's motions on the grounds of non compliance with the 12-12-05 injunction---see also the injunction.
