Joseph M Burke Esq and Russo & Burke Esq have been engaged in a massive scheme of perjury, fraud and secretion of the ciminal acts of their Client Dr John Siebert. Burke, beginning at or about 2004 filed repeated perjured Documents and Affidavits in the NY Supreme Court that Berk knew wer false and outright Perjury. Joseph Burke in various Court Hearings repeatedly lied to numerous judges, denying that his client Dr John Siebert was and is a sex predatorwho had sexually abused and molested his patients on numerous occations at his medical office and at NYU Hospital and other Hospitals. At the time Burke was lying to the Court, Burke and Siebert were fending off charges of sexual abuse and molesting of Patients by Siebert at internal Hearings at NY Hospitals. Meanwhile Kenneth V Gomez Esq was harassing threatening and extorting victims as a "cover-up" scheme orchistrated by Joseph M Burke and Siebert.
Burke and Siebert further have filed Perjured Affidavits and have Thetified at Court Hearings "Under-Oath" before Judges and Referees where Burke engaged in rampant fraud on the Court and rampant suborning of perjury.

Burke has misused the Court's to cover-up the despicable acts of Dr John Siebert of his molesting and physically abusing Patients and denying these despicable acts.
Now the NY State Department of Health has Issued a "Consent and Order" Dated June 2013, wherein Siebert CONFESSES to his crimes of sexually molesting Patients involving abuses from 2000. Siebert Consents to the Suspensinn of his Medical License and Consents to be placed on Probation.
The Confession and Order Proves beyond any doubt that Burke, Gomez and Siebert systematically have perpetuated rampant fraud on Adversaries and on the Courts, in violation of Civil and Criminal Laws and Rules.
