Ms Paloucci in Court papers calls Siebert a "liar", "a fraud", "under investigation by NY State Department of Health for the termination of Siebert's Medical License", and lying under oath with the aid of Russo and Burke-Joseph M Burke Esqs. Siebert is desperate now trying to rob Paloucci's $25,000.00 in violation of Medicare-Medicaid Laws and Rules.
