Joseph M Burke Esq has been proved to be a corrupt lawyer by evidence. Burke engaged in a pattern of collusion with Referee Jack Suter. Burke conspired with Suter via Emails revealing a scheme of corruption in a NY Court Case.
Burke in concert with Siebert appeared before Judge Harold Beeler and intentionally secreted the fact that at the same time burke and Siebert were pleading for a 'Gag Order' proffering that Siebert was a respectable Doctor, in fact Burke and Siebert were fending off Hearings and ultimate Convictions of Siebert, as a sex pervert and a doctor who had molested many patients at NYU Langone Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital. Siebert's Convictions as a sex pervert was intentionally secreted by Burke and Siebert from Judge Beeler.
Thereafter Burke secreted a Injunction issued by Beeler precluding Motions, etc, without pre-Court Approval. Burke failed to advise Judge SK Heitler and Judge M Stallman of the Injunction.
Burke Appealed a Heitler Order arising out of a Burke-Siebert Motion made by Burke without the Injunction compliance requirements.
Burke intentionally failed to advise that the Motion/Decision he was seeking reversal was illegal and made in violation of the Injunction and must be vacated. Burke conned and fooled the App Div. by Fraud on the Court.
Burke further has conned Judge Sherwood on a illegal order to show cause, he has engaged in secretion of material proofs, he has admitted to Ex-Parte communication with Judge Wooten, and he has engaged in rampant fraud on the Court.There is much more to report----
At a Hearing before Referee L Crespo Burke allowed Siebert to commit Perjury about 80 times regarding the Findings by NYU Hospital, after Hearings that Siebert was proved to be a sex molestor of patients, a narcotics abuser, an accused Pedophile and a healthcare insurance thief.
