George M Pavia attended 7 Hearings with his wife Antonia at the NYC ECB Court, where Dept of Bldgs Inspectors had found that the Pavia Brownstone, 18 East 73rd Street NYC was found to be Hazardous and in various areas of Jim Couri's Apartment within the Brownstone "unfit, unsafe and not for human habitation". George Pavia had constructed a Atrium that was found to be illegal and without filing plans at the DOB.
The Pavias were found by the ECB Court to have engaged in a scheme and pattern of fraud, perjury and deception by ECB Court Judges, and by the ECB Court Appeals Division.
Judge Joan Madden, having been previously been compromised by the Pavias and their pimp lawyer Kenneth V Gomez, precluded all of these ECB Court Findings and the DOB Violations issued by 7 DOB Inspectors confirming that the Pavias are perjurers and that the Pavia Property 18 E. 73rd Street and Jim Couri's home is hazardous and illegal.
