Dr John Siebert is a convicted sex pervert and healthcare insurance thief having been fired from 4 or 5 NYC Hospitals for sexually abusing and molesting patients.
Siebert is also a proved perjurer, thief, and dispenser of illegal narcotics prescriptions to patients including patient Diane Kleiman.
Another patient Barbara Paolucci has surfaced accusing Siebert of fraud, medical malpractice, tampering with Court files and Medicaid thefts.
Siebert botched a surgery on Paolucci, took Medicaid Assignment and then in the Courts of NYC, Index #64451/11 Civil Court with the aid of Russo and Burke-and Joseph M Burke Esqs are attempting to steal $25,000.00 more from Paloucci.
It appears that Siebert and Burke are so desperate that they have tampered with Court Files and yet again Burke and Siebert have engaged in rampant perjury, fraud and deception in a scheme to loot rape and plunder Paloucci.
