john siebert evicted again out of nyc medical offices--this is the third eviction for siebert who was also fired & evicted out of nyu medical center & terminated from nyu's faculty for cause

dr john siebert a documented sex degenerate who has abused & mutilated many patients has been kicked out of his use of dr. dan baker's medical office in nyc. siebert is not new to being evicted. he was evicted in or about 2006 out of 799 park avenue for illegally financing the co-op shares that he swindled from dr. michael hogan. siebert also issued bum checks while in occupancy at 799 park ave, nyc.then siebert conned dr. sherill aston into his space at 50 east 71 st, nyc--this time sharing space with dr jenifer walden. again siebert was evicted by dr aston because of siebert's bad acts, sex predatory conduct, narcotics abuses & the investigations ongoing at ny state health & at nyu langone medical center. siebert's abuse of patients & improper overtures towards dr walden as we have uncovered. aston a respected dr had his fill of siebert's predatory acts & non payments & evicted siebert in or about 2008. then siebert conned dr. dan baker into his office space only to be caught engaging in sex predatory acts & other abuses of patients, including misuse of narcotics as confirmed by lawyer diane kleiman's affidavit outlining sieberts sex abuses & other crimes. baker now has evicted siebert. ----sadly siebert has now conned drs. glenn & elizabeth jelks in order to gain access into the jelks medical center offices at 875 park avenue nyc. the jelks surely were not told by siebert & can not know about sieberts sex vulture acts abusing many patients, pedophile charges against him, his advertising for prostitutes on web-site 'smoking hot waitresses'seeking sex in exchange for cosmetic surgery & siebert's nyu discharge & investigations into siebert's crimes by ny state health, & other agencies for insurance frauds. this is further confirmed by call-girl rachel in a letter to scamraiders & diane kleiman affidavit, etc.. siebert also according to 'rachel' engages in degenerate sex acts at his office & then refuses to pay the call-girls & tries to barter sex for surgery---see rachel letter & kleiman affidavit on scamraiders. siebert has been disposessed from medical offices at least three times in nyc & he has been fired by nyu/langone medical center for cause & after nyu conducted in depth investigations into numerous patient charges against siebert. the charges against siebert are for deranged sex acts , narcotics abuses & forging by siebert of fraudulent insurance reimbursment forms, as kleiman reports in her sworn affidavit----see scamraiders
