john siebert md admits in resolutions that he defrauded jim couri, defaulted on loans,engaged in fraud misrepresentation & reckless activities

john siebert md conned jim couri into believing that he was a multimillionaire & a respectable doctor. siebert became a director, corporate officer, & a stockholder of a lucrative venture called kindervest. siebert engaged in a systematic scheme & pattern of fraud, deception & misconduct as to his committments, background & finances. siebert lied to jim, trans america insurance & others involved & misrepresented his financial abilities. siebert advised that he was able to advance kindervest sums that siebert never had the ability to advance---rather what siebert did invest/loan kindervest--- siebert stole from others & his victim patients.meanwhile jim did significant work for siebert & kindervest & was never paid. in kindervest resolutions created & signed by siebert. siebert admits that he engaged in fraud, lies, misrepresentation,reckless misconduct, deception & lies. siebert admits that kindervest & jim performed valuable services for him & that he defaulted & did not pay for these services. siebert admits his negligence & deceptions. siebert again released jim & kindervest & fully indemnified jim from any claims arising out of siebert's frauds & deceptive acts.PLEASE NOTE ON THESE RESOLUTIONS EXHIBITED THE FOLLOWING: SIEBERTS SIGNATURE FOR HIMSELF, HIS PC & AS DIRECTOR & CORPORATE OFFICER.
