why would jsc paul wooten intentionally ambush a terminally ill pro-se litigant & issue bias unwarranted decisions inconsistent with law & not supported by true facts & good faith arguments & law.

jsc paul wooten has displayed a outrageous disdain for facts, the law, due process & the us constitution. scamraiders & its agents have confirmed that judge wooten has favored defendants dr siebert & his lawyer joseph m burke in the jim couri case. wooten has generated decisions dismissing jim's motions on the grounds that jim failed to obtain permission pursuant to a jsc beeler 'injunction' of 12-12-05 which embraces not only jim but all parties (ie siebert & his pc) & joseph m. burke----jsc wooten falled & refuses to dismiss all of siebert/burke motions that are improper & made without the mandated phone confrence & pre-motion permission. the injunction mandated that any & all motions made in violation of it are improper & thus as a matter of law muse be dismissed and set aside---including any motions previously decided by anv judge who was not advised of the injunction. wooten targets jim's motions & ignores siebert/burke's improper motions & improper decisions as a result thereof. wooten then ignores burke's spoliation, tampering with referee jack suter, & siebert& burk's perjury. then jsc wooten outright lies on a court telephonic conference on sept. 1, 2010----falsely & atrociously claiming that the court tried to call jim for months & the calls were ignored & not responded to by jim. such is a despicable sham & the court had no answer who, when, where these call were made----this was another wanton attempt to railroad jim. the fact is wooten simply concocted the sham accusation that jim ignored the court's overatores for 'confrence-calls'. in fact the record proves the contrary & that jim called wooten's court clerk warren rubio more than 10 times begging for conference calls & was rejected. we have these proofs. wooten, shooting from the hip simply LIED to cover up his rogue decisions & trickster actions. jsc wooten we believe is on a intentional mission to rob jim of documented money due to him from sex vulture & swindler siebert---- & is willing to violate jim's rights to due process & the us constitution--facts do not lie how a court can cherry-pick the law, injunctions, lie, manipulate the facts, demand compliance of illegal motions made by siebert/burke that were made in violation of the very injunction wooten relies to dismiss jim's motions is contemptible & exhibits more than wanton conduct by a judge. jim has moved to recuse jsc wooten. based on wooten's 'hit-man' conduct & documented lying jsc wooten must answer to his acts. this is in addition to wooten's abuse of jim as to his well documented terminal cancer & otrher medical issues. wooten wishes to circumvent federal hipaa rules & regs, the injunction, & demand jim complies with a decision of jsc stallman generated in violation of the injunction as no permission was given fo the making of the motion----& allow burke to lie as to jims compliance grounded on federal laws----this is not due process it is a railroading in living color by a bad-egg judge----scamraiders will continue to investigate & report its findings pursuant to freedom of speech, press & the us constitution.
