scamraiders & its investigators have been carefully reviewing the suspect & vicious conduct of judge paul wooten. the pattern of wooten's decisions, depriving jim access to the courts claming non compliance with a injunction order & allowing siebert/burke to circumvent the same injunction barring them looks like a while ago that wooten has been 'gotten-to'. wooten refused jim any confrence calls since feb 2010 but now on a status conference on sept 1, 2010 wooten let the veritable cat out of the bag by concocting a series of outright lies over the phone from nyc to california. wooten as part of his scheme to cover up the sand-bagging of jim says over the phone, monitored by others, that he & his court attempted to call jim for months but jim failed to respond to the courts calls. wootens claim is a blaitant lie & a rouse to make it appear that jim is a negligent & vexatious litigant when in fact jim has only been seeking his money that siebert agreed to pay. wooten by his lies also schemes to cover-up the failure of siebert/burke & the court's compliance with the 'confrence-call' mandates of the injunction binding all parties & joseph m. burke. at no time did wooten or his court ever call jim. all jim's calls recieved are through world wide business & no record or voice mail was ever received from the wooten court.wooten then abuses jim & demands that he defend & argue the contempt motion made by siebert in violation of the injunction which trys to convolute jim with scamraiders. wooten then finds fault with jim's medical affirmations all of which confirm jim's grave condition. the entire 1hr supposed conference was a charade & farcical. the question now is why? scamraiders is convinced that wooten will continue to disenfranchise jim from his rights & money--- but a judge is not supposed to lie & black-jack a sick pro-se litigant. the lying by a judge over interstate phones in a court proceeding is a very serious matter. jim confirmed by his own records, world wide records & jim's numerous calls to the wooten courtroom & talks with clerk warren rubio that no person from the wooten court ever called jim. rubio also confirmed this to jim shortly after the wooten falsehoods were stated. finally wooten wants to rewrite federal hipaa rules as to federal hipaa privacy laws. scamraiders is also being attacked by sex vulture siebert trying to get wooten to thwart scamraiders free speech on the internet reporting siebert's documented crimes. scamraiders is not jim couri & jsc wooten is already swimming in deep water pushing his weight around intimidating jim. scamraiders will be providing federal authorities with evidence of jsc wootens outright lies, as wooten could not even tell jim the supposed phone number the court supposedly called to reach jim. surely if a court claims that it tried to phone a litigant for monts it could provide when the calls were made, by whom & to what phone number & on what dates & times. wooten had no answers to these questions but made the claim to cover up the courts corruption in its now clear scheme to rob jim couri of his legal rights & interfere into his health & rob his money---judge wooten scamraiders is following its published 'mission statement' & 'terms of use' in its reportings on its domains. jim couri is simply another victim of the rampant corruption in the ny court system. we report pursuant to law. if siebert/burke are un happy they in seeking your involvment in a case ny case that jabberwabble corp/scamraiders california domicilaries is not a part of & already decided by jsc stallman only solidifies your pattern of conduct manipulating the law & the truth.if you wish to deny these alligations please do so but do not blame jim couri for scamraiders exposes & reports---JIM COURI IS NOT SCAMRAIDERS & IS NOT JIM COURI NETWORK.
